Each year, Pittsburgh has an annual Arts Festival – the Three Rivers Arts Festival – downtown around the Point. It’s always a really fun event to check out, with lots of artists, vendors, free concerts, and food trucks! The festival spans two weeks, and I love going to roam around, check out the art and music, and snack on some funnel cake. I want to share some pictures from my time there this year.
This is only a small section of all the booths that are at the Point – there are so many different artists to check out!
This year was especially cool because there was an installation art piece called the Umbrella Sky Project. Basically, a small section of the festival area was covered by a sky of umbrellas! It was especially fitting for Pittsburgh as it’s known to rain here during Arts Fest time.
