Liz’s Nutrition Notes: Spring Fruits and Vegetables

Happy Spring! By the way Mother Nature, can we please get some nice weather?! Seriously, what’s up with the wind and snow!

Anyways, as we are now (technically) in Spring, I wanted to share this link that lists all the “in season” fruits and vegetables. My favorites from the lists are strawberries, mango, oranges, swiss chard, cherries, corn, and collard greens! There are so many great recipes to make with these ingredients! Let me know what your favorite spring fruits and veggies are.
