The warmer, sunnier days that we’ve been having here, coupled with the fact that I’m actually leaving my house every so often, have me loving dresses again. After the past few months of wearing mostly cozy sweaters, I’m ready to start reaching for things that are lighter and swingy/flowy.
The dress from this post last week really inspired me to do some online window shopping for more fun, floaty dresses. I pulled together my favorite swingy spring dresses that I came across and am sharing them today!
I love dresses with straps that tie – it makes it completely adjustable and so much easier. The combination of blues in this dress is so pretty, and the ruching makes the top a bit more fitted while the bottom stays nice and flowy!
Again, I love the blue in this dress, and it just looks so light and flowy. The a-line just makes it seem like it’d be such a comfortable and cute spring dress.
This one isn’t quite as swingy, but I love the pleats and bet that they’d still give the dress some motion! I think it’s so cool that the pleats change 2/3 of the way down the dress – it’s so unexpected, and almost reminds me of a modern twist on a flapper dress.
I really love puff sleeves, so this dress immediately caught my eye! I think that the slit on the skirt really gives this dress extra swing, which makes it exactly what I’m loving right now.
This one most reminds me of the dress that inspired this post! It has the same tie at the neck, and the very loose, very flowy shape. I love the ruffle cuffs at the end of the sleeves, too! It’s an all-around perfect springtime dress.
This is such a great, breezy dress! The flutter sleeves mixed with the smocked top give it some shape, and the polka dots are so cute – they’re one of my favorite patterns. It seems like such an easy, grab-and-go dress.
This floral tank dress reminds me of the 90s in the best possible way. It screams spring and the simple silhouette is easy breezy.
