I can’t believe it’s the end of April! The month has flown, but in the best way. I have a haircut scheduled this weekend, which I am SO excited for. It’s been over a year, and it is so overdue. I don’t have plans to make a huge, dramatic change, but just something different will feel so nice. We’re also going to do something to celebrate my sister’s birthday, so it’s a fun weekend all around.
Now, on to the favorites from this week!

Crip Camp at the Oscars
I was bummed when Crip Camp, a documentary about a camp for kids with disabilities, didn’t win the Oscar for Best Documentary last weekend. If you haven’t seen it on Netflix yet, you definitely need to watch. What I did love, though, was seeing disabled representation of the red carpet – especially custom-made Gucci! And getting it covered in Vogue, with an article written by a disabled person, is just so incredible.
We’re All Languishing
Ugh – in talking with my friends, it feels like this is something that lots of people are dealing with right now. It’s not exactly depression or burn out, but something different. And I guess it at least feels good to know there’s a name for it, and that other people feel the same way, too.
Pleated Smocked Sundress
This simple, pleated sundress is so cute and chic. It seems so summery and floaty, and I love the smocking and the pleats. As a bonus, it’s 25% off right now with the promo code COUNTDOWN.
The First Adaptive Deodorant
Okay, this is just so cool. Degree made an adaptive deodorant! I know it might not sound like deodorant is something that needs to be made adaptive, but I’ve tried to have someone help me use aerosol deodorant, and let me tell you, it definitely does. I’ve been using natural deodorant lately, but that doesn’t always cut it in the summer, so I’m looking forward to trying this out.
