While I am no Oprah, I thought it’d be fun to do my own spin on her yearly “favorite things” tradition. So today I’m sharing all of my favorite things from the past year. Some of them are things that I bought this year, and some are things that I just got a lot of use out of and really love.

Nap Dress // Oil Removing Rollerball // ChappyWrap
Catbird Charm // Noise Cancelling Headphones // CBD Melts
GrandeLash Serum // Lancome Foundation Stick // Hotel Lobby Candle // MZ Wallace Micro Crosby
Sarah Flint Natalie Flats // Side Sleeper Pillow // Headspace
Hill House Home Nap Dress
This will surprise NO ONE who has ever read my blog or looked at my Instagram, but the post wouldn’t be complete without it. The Ellie style is my favorite – I love the style, how well it fits, and how easy it is to wear (no zippers, buttons, etc. – it’s just slip on). I have been wearing the velvet a lot over the past month or so! I sometimes worry that my closet is going to become exclusively Nap Dresses, but they’re just so great.
Oil Removing Rollerball
This is small, but so cool. It’s an oil-removing rollerball that works just like the blotting sheets do, but it’s reusable! It works really well – you just lightly roll it over your face to take off excess oil, and it doesn’t smudge or remove your makeup. When it gets too oily, you just remove the little roller ball and wash it! I love that it’s sustainable, transportable, and that it works.
ChappyWrap Blanket
Again – I know that this isn’t the first time I’ve shared my love of ChappyWrap, but I just can’t help it. Especially now that I’m at home so much, I really appreciate the comfy cozy things in my life, and this is at the top of that list. I use it every night, I travel with it, I’ve given it as gifts – it’s just the best.
Catbird Charm
I’ve had my eye on this charm for so long, and I find myself wearing it so often now. I love the sentiment and reminder behind “peaceful girl with fist” more and more each time I put it on. And like all of Catbird’s jewelry, it’s beautiful, delicate, and really high quality.
Over-the-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones
I have (and do love!) my AirPod Pros, but nothing does noise cancelling and sound quality like over-the-ear headphones. I bought these to drown out the radio on road trips (sorry, Dad!) but have been trying them out and home and cannot get over how much I love them. They don’t hurt my ears (which I was afraid of), and I just feel like I’m cocooned in my own little bubble when I’m wearing them.
Equilibria CBD Melts
I’ve talked about using Equilibria CBD drops before bed every night, but I’m not sure that I’ve mentioned the rapid calming melts before. They’re perfect for a midday pick-me-up – you just pop one in your mouth and let it dissolve under your tongue for some fast-acting relief. And they’re minty, too!
You can use REFHEATHER.TOMKO for $20 off your first order at Equilibria!
GrandeLash Serum
I have been using this for a year and a half now and don’t really see myself ever stopping. It works so, so well on helping my eyelashes grow, and stay, long. When I started, I used it every night, but now that I’ve been using it for so long I only need it every other night. You just apply it right at your lashline like you would eyeliner. I didn’t have any irritation, and started seeing results after about a month or so. I haven’t looked back!
Foundation Stick
This has been my go-to foundation for a few months now, and I really like it. It’s a cream stick, and is super easy to blend, but still dries to a natural finish. It’s also super easy to control how full coverage or sheer you want your foundation to be just based on the number of swipes you use across your face. My mom, sister, and I actually now all use this – it’s that good.
Hotel Lobby Candle
Again – now that I’m home all the time, I’ve really come to appreciate the things that elevate the atmosphere and vibes around here. I’m also super sensitive to scents – a lot of candles are too artificial for me, and give me an almost-instant headache, even if I like the scent. Hotel Lobby candles not only smell amazing, but are completely headache-free for me, which is HUGE. They also do a great job of filling a space with scent without overwhelming it. I’m a huge fan.
MZ Wallace Micro Crosby
This is the grab-and-go bag that I’ve reached for over and over again this year. It’s just big enough to fit the essentials, and has straps that can be used as a wristlet or as a crossbody. It’s also great for travel because you can throw it into a larger bag and still easily find the things that you most want at hand. Plus, I just love the shine of the lacquer finish.
Sarah Flint Flats
I’m so grateful to be a Sarah Flint ambassador, because I truly love these shoes so much. I have barely worn another pair of shoes since I got them! It’s really hard for me to find shoes that fit, are comfortable, and that are cute, too – so when I find something that fits all three, I don’t need to wear anything else. I can’t recommend them more highly!

Side Sleeper Pillow
This has been a favorite for at least 5 years now, but honestly, it’s that worth it. I can’t easily reposition myself when I sleep, and I’m a side sleeper. I was getting sores on my ear from the pressure of my pillow, which sounds ridiculous, but is seriously disruptive to your sleep when it’s happening. This side-sleeper pillow, with cutouts for my ears, took away my pain almost instantly. I don’t sleep without it now! Even if you don’t have pain, if you’re a side sleeper, you won’t find a better pillow.
Headspace Sleepcasts
Listening to Headspace’s Sleepcasts have changed the way I fall asleep. They’re basically bedtime stories for adults, but told in a super soft, soothing voice and with the best ambient noises as background. I love them so much that I actually look forward to hitting play each night, and now that they’re so ingrained in my routine, I fall asleep within minutes. They’re just the best.
