This has been kind of a rough week – I have slept horribly all week long, and being tired just makes the days drag, you know? I’m hoping to be able to catch up on some sleep over the weekend. We’re also having a low-key Easter – we ordered catering for the second time in the past year for a holiday (we did the same for Thanksgiving). If you’re in the Pittsburgh area, I highly recommend Mindy’s Take and Bake – everything was delicious the last time we ordered, AND they deliver!
And now, on to the favorites.
The trailer for the final season of Stranger Things is out! It looks so good and I’m really excited to see how they wrap everything up. I love it when shows have a defined end and don’t just keep going season after season – it usually means a much more satisfying ending.
I was browsing Banana Republic Factory this week and stopped instantly when I saw this dress. I think that the print is sooo pretty – I love a watercolor-inspired print, and the blues are so great. I also love the empire waist, the tie in the back, the ruffles… it’s just beautiful all around!
I looooooved this essay / reflection from Virginia Montanez, one of my favorite Pittsburgh social media follows. I love reading about other people’s paths to really, truly accepting their disabilities. It seems like while everyone has their own “journey,” so to speak, with their disability, everyone does have to go through it.
This new Sarah Flint x Gracie collection is just stunningly beautiful. The prints chosen really are wearable art – so intricate and gorgeous! The whole collection is incredible, but I think that the Natalie flats are my favorite of the bunch.
