Friday Favorites

This week’s post is going to be a little bit shorter than usual – I’ve been waking up every night with back pain (I suspect it’s related to my SMA and the spinal fusion surgery I had for my scoliosis back in middle school). It’s nothing excruciating, but it is enough to keep me from sleeping well, so I am pretty worn out. Fingers crossed I’m able to get some good rest soon! With that being said, though, I haven’t been online as much as usual this week, so I don’t have as much to share – but on to the favorites that I have come across.

Song Association, Musical Edition

I always love Elle’s Song Association videos, but a musical theater one with Rachel Zegler?? Even better than I could have hoped for. Just try to keep from singing along (I could not).

Boxy Henley Tee

I have spent a lot of time this week in my comfiest tops, so this boxy henley shirt is especially appealing to me. I love the loose cut and the slightly cropped fit – it would be a “normal” length on me, though!

Deaf Brown American Mom

I’m hoping that I can check out this exhibit at Space, a downtown Pittsburgh art gallery, before it leaves in May! The artist, Fran Ledonio Flaherty, focuses on the intersectionality of racism, disability, and motherhood. The exhibit sounds really fascinating.
