Happy June – and happy Pride Month! I am so, so glad it’s Friday – this week has felt like there was something going on all the time, and I’m very much looking forward to the weekend. It’s supposed to be beautiful (and hot!) here, and nothing makes me happier. I got my hair cut at the end of last week (as you’ll see below!) and it’s a little bit shorter than I expected, so I’m still adjusting… but focusing on the fact that the shorter length will feel great in the heat. Not much more to add – on to the favorites!

Read & Wright’s Summer Reading Guide
Phoebe is one of my favorite bookstagrammers / bloggers – I get a ton of book recommendations from her (she’s my original ACOTAR influencer!). i love this summer reading guide she put together – I’ve read some and loved (Happy Place, Meet Me at the Lake, Same Time Next Summer) and have added some to my own summer reading list (The Daydreams, Legacies). It’s a great guide!
Gauzy Sundress
It was almost 90 degrees here yesterday, and while I love heat, that is hot. It made me remember why I live in sundresses all summer long! This gauzy tank dress looks like a perfect option for summer – lightweight and breezy.
What to Watch in June
I’ve been catching up on all my TV, and so many shows are ending – Ted Lasso, Succession, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel are all done! This is a great roundup of shows to watch in June – I’m especially excited for Never Have I Ever.
Annabel Monaghan’s Summer Lie
I got an ARC of Annabel Monaghan’s newest book and loved it, so of course I was excited to read this short piece she wrote about a summer lie of her childhood! I didn’t ever go to (or skip!) a summer camp as a kid, but it still made me feel nostalgic for summer vacations that felt so free and endless.
