Easter Dresses

I can’t believe it, but Easter is only a few weeks away! The spring weather we had here last week made me feel hopeful that warmer weather will be here to stay soon, and it also put me in the mood for cute spring dresses, too. Easter always makes me think of floral prints, and of the greens and yellows and blues that we see outside once spring arrives. All of the dresses in today’s post are perfectly spring-like and perfect for Easter, too.

This blue striped shirtdress is so chic and classic. I love the little bit that’s gathered at the waist, to give it definition, and the really small striped pattern of the dress. It’s a dress that’s so versatile – perfect for Easter, but also totally wearable for day-to-day life, too. This dress is really similar – same shirtdress style, and gathering at the waist too. But instead of stripes, this is in the prettiest yellow-and-green Liberty fabric, which is absolutely perfect for spring. And this button-up shirtdress in a green-and-white stripe looks so cute, and would be great for Easter, for spring, and even into summer. The tie sash at the waist is a great added detail.

Floral print is always a great option for Easter! This blue floral dress has cute puff sleeves, and I love the slightly open back with a tie (but probably better for a warmer climate!). I also really love the ruching on the top of this blue floral dress. I actually have this style (though shorter, not midi length) in a few different patterns / fabrics, and I really love how it looks and fits. This green and white floral midi dress is another great choice, too – it’s another one that could also transition into wear in daily life without looking too dressy or out of place.

I love this floral version of the Nap Dress – especially with the tie sleeves, which give extra adjustability – and I love how dreamy and floaty the fabric is; it’s truly gorgeous. For something a little bit more sleek, this green dress from Abercrombie is a perfect option – the slit is such a nice detail to keep it from being too formal. For something a little more casual, I love this shorter blue shift style dress that mixes stripes and florals (and is printed by hand, which is incredible). And of course, you can’t go wrong with a solid color Nap Dress, like this green one, which has a little something extra with the embroidery on the smocking. I think I’m going to wear this one myself, with a jean jacket and this woven bag from J.Crew.
