It’s been a while since I’ve rounded up the things I’ve bough on Amazon, and I have a truly random assortment here today! Some clothes, some beauty things, some things for Lily, and more.
Ruched Sundress: I love this breezy, floaty, affordable sundress! The dark floral print means it will work well into the fall, it would be so cute layered under a jean jacket, and the ruching at the neckline makes it slightly adjustable.
Resin Link Strap: I picked this up to replace a cloth crossbody strap for a small clutch bag I got at Target. I wanted it so that I could hand the bag off the controller of my wheelchair, but I also love how it changes the vibe of the bag. I think I might swap out a few more bag straps, too.
Ear Cutout Pillow: I couldn’t resist picking up a backup of my absolute favorite ever pillow when it was on sale for Prime Day. I always take one with me when I travel, so when it gets too old and worn up, I like to have a new one to swap it out with. I cannot live without this pillow!
Biodegradable Dog Bags: This is possibly the most random item in the whole roundup. These bags fit inside a little case that hang on Lily’s leash so we can pick up after her on walks! They’re biodegradable, too, which makes me feel a little bit better about the use of plastic.
Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner: I still wear my retainer nightly because I am incredibly paranoid about my teeth shifting if I stop wearing them! I have been through a few different methods of cleaning them over the years, but this ultrasonic cleaner is by far the easiest, and it actually does work.
Oura Ring Sizer: I have wanted an Oura ring for over a year now (it’s a health / sleep / activity tracker), and they had a deal on Prime Day where you could buy the sizer and still get the discount on the ring for a month, so it felt like the right time to go for it. I just ordered the ring this week, so I’ll share after it arrives and I’ve used it for a bit!
GrandeLash Serum: Another Prime Day purchase for me was a restock of my favorite GrandeLash eyelash growth serum. I’ve been using it for years now and it actually works! If I’m going to buy it anyway, I might as well buy it while it’s on sale.
Cooler Packs: I bought this on the recommendation of Sarah and Missy at My Sister Made Me Buy It. It’s kind of like a dry ice ice pack? I don’t fully know how the science works, but it keeps things cold for SO long, they’re super compact, and it was great for keeping my refrigerated medication (…and some snacks) cold on our trip to Cedar Point.
Macadamia Syrup: I am incredibly obsessed with the Starbucks white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew, which I’ve probably mentioned five times this summer alone. I bought this syrup to see if I could recreate the drink at home! The taste isn’t quite the same – this syrup is a bit deeper and richer and nuttier – but it’s still extremely tasty!
