I’ve indulged in a little bit of retail therapy lately! Sometimes when I’m stressed or overwhelmed, I online shop. There are probably better coping mechanisms, but I’m certain that there are worse ones, too. One of the most fun parts of buying new things is showing your friends what you bought. And since I consider you all my friends, I thought that I’d share here, too.

Béis x Wicked Bags

I won’t lie, I have felt extremely targeted by all the Wicked collaborations happening – I want them all! I have been pretty good about resisting buying everything, but I did buy a backpack and toiletry bag from the Béis x Wicked collection! The green ones that I got are sadly sold out, but both the backpack and the toiletry bag are still available in pink and black. I’m so impressed with the quality – they’re really nice! I have a bag on the back of my wheelchair at all times, and I’m going to replace my current one with the backpack. It’s the perfect size – fits a lot, but not too big and bulky.

Le Pliage Mini Pouch

In college, my Longchamp was my go-to bag – it was the bag to have! I stopped using it as much after graduation, but I was recently influenced by many, many TikTok videos to pick up this Le Pliage mini pouch from Longchamp. I’m obsessed! It’s the perfect little size – it fits my wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, and assorted lip glosses, and still has space to throw in a few more things.

Tartan Ellie Nap Dress

I am not a huge tartan person – I think they often look so “holiday” that it’s hard to wear them outside of the holiday season. But I really like this “juniper tartan” green tartan fabric from Hill House’s holiday collection this year. The colors read more fall and winter (to me, at least) than holiday, so I think I’ll get a lot of wear out of it! I also am in love with the cotton flannel fabric – it’s so incredibly soft and cozy.

Glossier Ultralip

I wasn’t kidding about having multiple lip balms and glosses on me at all times. I love buying and trying out new ones! This Glossier Ultralip is a great new addition to my collection. It’s kind of like a mix between a lip stick and tinted balm. It has more color payoff than a tinted balm typically does, but it applies as easily as a balm does, and is shiny like a balm usually is, too. I got it in the shade Villa, which for me is kind of a “my lips but better” color.

Sweatshirt Tee

Now that the temperatures are dropping, I’m getting back into my cozy loungewear at all times mood. Madewell makes some of my favorite loungewear ever, and when I saw this sweatshirt tee on the site, I immediately added it to my cart. The inside is so soft and cozy, and I love the olive green color – it makes it feel a little less sloppy than a typical sweatshirt.

Clinique Pop Plush Gloss

Clinique’s Black Honey lipstick is such a classic – I have and love it. But I’m more of a lip gloss than a lipstick person (even knowing that Black Honey is more of a tinted balm) – I just love the shine. So when I saw that they made a lip gloss version of Black Honey, I had to have it. It’s great! Very close to the original Black Honey color but with the added shine of a gloss, and feels nice and not too sticky on your lips.

Nocturne Ring

Catbird makes some of my very favorite pieces of jewelry. I saw that they did a collection in collaboration with Laufey, and came across this Nocturne ring while I was browsing. I love the scattering of stars all around the ring! I’ve always loved all things celestial, and I think this is a fun but still classic take.
