This week has felt extra incredibly long! I think part of it is still post-election blues, part of it is lots of gloomy weather… and I don’t know the reasoning for the rest of it. I’m going to get my flu shot tonight (don’t forget to get yours if you haven’t yet!), and then will be leaning into being cozy for the rest of the weekend. If it’s going to be chilly and overcast, I want to be wrapped in a blanket all day long. I’m looking forward to it!

Hotel Lobby Candle Votives

I’m so excited for this – I picked up this set of votive candles from Hotel Lobby. It’s a nice mix of classics, holiday scents, and a little sneak peak of their new scent! I bought them as a gift for me, but it would be a great option to split up and give as part of a holiday / hostess gift!

Sephora Didn’t Donate to the Trump Campaign

Just a gentle reminder that misinformation can spread so rapidly online! I know there’s been lots of videos and allegations about Sephora donating to the Trump campaign, but this is a great article from Charlotte Palermino, who researched the issue and happily shared that the rumors are not true. I’m all about showing your support with your dollars (where it’s possible – no judgement), but it’s important to make sure you have all the facts.

Embellished Flats

I love these crystal embellished flats from Madewell! As someone who can’t comfortably wear heels, I’m so happy to see all the cute flat options this season. These would dress up a pair of jeans, or look equally cute with a nicer dress for a holiday party. You can’t go wrong!
