It has been so dreary here for the last few months – either snowing, or raining, and very little sun in sight. It has me wanting to wear all the bright colors only, for a pop of something bold and fun. Luckily for me, bright, bold colors are in right now, and I’ve been seeing bright red things everywhere I look. I pulled together a little edit of some of the best bright red things out there right now!

I picked up this fuzzy red sweater earlier this year, and I love it! It’s so fuzzy and cozy, and warm without being too heavy, but still pretty casual. I love the pintuck details and the buttons down the front of this laid back dress. The flutter sleeves on this dress are so fun, and I really like the visible stitching around the seams – it’s such a great detail. The ruffles on the bodice of this dress are so pretty, and add something a little bit different! And of course, you can never go wrong with a nap dress, and I love that this one is a great eyelet fabric.
I especially love a red dress with a little something special. This crochet-style dress has pink wavy stripes throughout – I’ve been resisting adding this to my cart for weeks now! I love the white print dotting this dress with a smocked top and puff sleeves. And for something that’s more of a splurge, but just so fun and statement-making, is this maxi dress from Farm Rio with a fish curving around the neckline. I have had my eye on this one since last summer, I just love it!
If bright red is a little bit too bold for you, maybe try adding a pop of color in an accessory! This woven leather bag has a chic metal handle (but has a crossbody strap as well), and is a nice mix of classic and modern. This red heart shaped bag is definitely more of a fun statement piece, but I just love it. These cherry earrings are another way to add a fun pop to an outfit, and these small chunky hoops are also great. And these red suede flats are so versatile.
