What a week it’s been culturally – we started with the Met Gala on Monday, and now we’re ending the week with a new (American!) Pope. My own life has been a little bit less exciting – I did get my feeding tube button replaced, which is something I do proactively so nothing goes wrong (and only takes about 15 minutes total). Not quite as exciting, but it did get me out and about near a Starbucks to take advantage of the free cold foam they’re offering this week! It’s the small things around here. On to this week’s favorites!

Bracket City – A New Game from The Atlantic
New is relative here, because it apparently came out a month ago, but I learned about it this week! The Atlantic has a new game called Bracket City to supplement the NY Times daily games routine. I definitely recommend starting with the tutorial, because it’s hard to figure out on it’s own, but it’s really fun! I miiiight have played through over a week of the archive earlier this week.
Nap Dress Summer
Hill House released their summer collection earlier his week, and there are a ton of cute dresses! I love this slightly dressier one in a really fun print, this mini version with a fully smocked bodice, this classic striped one, and this unique poppy one.
The Effects of Tariffs on One Small Business
This article from The New Yorker is a good reminder of the real-life impact the tariffs are having. Sometimes I think it helps to have a real-life example to really understand how actual people and their small businesses are being hurt by the tariffs, and this article does a good job breaking that down.
Beaded Bag Charm
I keep seeing bag charms popping up everywhere, and I think I’m into them! Anthropologie has a ton of cute ones right now – these beaded fruit ones seem so perfect for summer, because they’re so bright and fun.
Lego Botanical Stoop
Have you seen this incredible, elaborately decorated stoop in New York City – completely made out of Legos?! I’m not really a Lego person, but wow, I’m so impressed with how amazing this looks!
