May’s favorites are a nice mix of new and old things, and a little bit shorter than usual. Last month really seemed to fly by, the days all blurred together, but these are the things I loved that stuck out.

Byredo Mojave Ghost
This perfume isn’t as seasonal as some of my others, but I still find myself reaching for it more in spring and summer. It is woody (I always love a sandalwood!), but the magnolia makes it brighter and lighter, too, which is what makes me feel like it’s more suited for the warmer months. I get compliments every time I wear this, it’s so unique!
Lightweight ChappyWrap Blanket
I love the regular ChappyWraps, but I honestly think their lightweight blankets might be my favorite. They’re just as soft as the original, but a bit thinner, so you don’t get too warm while sleeping when it’s not as chilly outside anymore. They’re seasonal, and they’re back right now!
Metallic Knotted Bag
I can’t quite explain the logic, but this metallic knotted bag from J. Crew gives me mermaid vibes. I think it’s the netting-like appearance combined with the sheen from the metallic? Regardless, I love it, and it’s the perfect way to add a fun, summery detail to any outfit.
Londontown Illuminating Nail Concealer
I wrote a blog post review on this nail concealer last week, and can’t get over how nice it looks on my nails – I keep recommending it to my friends! I just love how polished it looks, without really looking like I have a color on my nails. It makes me look like I have a natural version of a french manicure, kind of! And it disguises discoloration so well.
Tartelette XL Mascara
I tried out a few different mascaras over the last few months, but I keep coming back to this one. Using a tubing mascara for the first time a year or so ago made me realize how much my eyes were irritated by non-tubing versions, but this is the least clumpy of the tubing versions I’ve tried. It goes on really smoothly, and makes my lashes look both longer and thicker.
