I can’t believe this is the last Friday in July – the month has seriously flown! I feel like I’m finally getting back into some sort of normal groove after feeling out of sorts from traveling – though I do still have one more trip this summer before things really go back to normal. I have been doing a little more of my normal browsing this week, too – so here are this week’s favorites.

This was a really fun quiz from The New York Times that asked the kinds of screener questions you would’ve had to answer before being interviewed by Anna Wintour to work at Vogue. I’m happy to say that the quiz told me I’m hired! I had a dream of working for a magazine as a teen, so I knew a little bit about the storied Anna Wintour interview process.

LAKE Pajamas Summer Sale

I know this sounds like a marketing bit, but it’s true – I only wear Lake Pajamas! They are so, so comfy, and the straps can be shortened enough that they fit with no alterations, which is rare. They’re having their summer sale right now, but things go quickly, so shop fast! This is my favorite style, but I also love this seersucker set, this seersucker nightgown, and this “dream modal” (SO soft) set.

The One Book Everyone Should Read

You know I can’t resist a good book list. This one from The Atlantic is so interesting – the books that people find themselves recommending over and over and over. I’ve read two on the list (The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida and Careless People) and am adding a few more to my TBR. I think I’d add Project Hail Mary to this list personally!

Hill House just released their drop schedule for pre-fall and fall, and it looks full – so many options to choose from! But they also released a tiny drop this week – just a true maxi and one with sleeves – in a new print. The colors are perfect for August and (sob) end-of-summer transition dressing.
