Last weekend I got back from my final trip of the summer – we went to Cedar Point in Ohio – and I don’t know if it’s the change in schedule plus my overall exhaustion or what, but I really struggled to get back into a normal routine this week! I’ve felt so groggy and out of it and having been making so many iced espressos to try to snap out of it. I’m really happy that all of my planned traveling is done and I can just enjoy the rest of the summer at home. It’s exactly what I need.

A friend sent me this article, and I think it’s so cool! It’s a compendium of bodega ramps in NYC, showing how they come in lots of different shapes and sizes to make their shop accessible. I love that it highlights how creative accessibility can be – that if you’re willing, you can find a solution that works for the needs of wheelchair (and stroller, etc.!) users and fits the space you have. Woven Mini Tote

I love the mini size of this tote, and love the colors in the striped woven pattern, too. They’re neutral but still fun, and work now as well as into (gulp) fall. I always love bags in this shape because of how well they hang on my chair!

The Life of a Showgirl from Taylor Swift

It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Taylor and her music! This has been a rough year on so many levels, and I’m looking for small bits of joy anywhere I can find them. A new album from Taylor definitely falls into that category, and I can’t wait to listen in October.

Ribbed Maxi Dress

I haven’t shopped from Banana Republic in a while, but I’m really tempted by this ribbed maxi dress! I love that ribbed fabrics always have a ton of give – not only are they super comfy, they make it was easier to lay right while seated! And the buckles in the back are a fun detail that also give added adjustability, which I love!
