It is so could out right now that it's kind of hard to think about wearing anything that's not my warmest wool and cashmere. But I'm using my wishlist picks as a way to dream about warmer temperatures and the many fun things I'll do outside my house!
It's been unseasonably nice here lately, but even with warmer temperatures, it's still felt like fall, if that makes sense. It probably helps that my lawn is already dotted with orange leaves, reminding me that the seasons really are changing. As evidenced by yesterday's blog post, I've done a bit of shopping yesterday, so I'm trying to slow down and rein it in a little now. But there are still some things that caught my eye over the last week, like this brushed cashmere leopard print sweater - so many of my favorite words all in one item! I also love this tie-front cardigan, which is super in right now. You know I love a faux two piece dress, and this is a great version of that. This faux leather dress is so cool - I'm not sure if it would work for me seated, but I kind of want to try! And this faux fur trimmed cardigan could look great over the leather dress, or even over a brocade Nap Dress. Very tempting for me! Happy shopping.

Hill House dropped this year's tartan collection this week - I picked up this dress, but I also love this Matilda version, and am intrigued in this one with sleeves! I also love this shirtdress from J.Crew, in a really cool, vintage-looking print. Madewell has a ton of cute sweaters right now, and I really love this ribbed cashmere one. I also live in their sweatershirt tees from a few years ago as my loungewear of choice, so I am definitely picking this one up. Happy shopping!

There are a ton of great pieces included! I own this dress in both black and white - it's a great basic with nice details, and the fabric is much nicer than you'd think from the picture. I also love the pink stripes and boxy, flowy style of this slightly oversized polo-style dress. The darker florals of this midi with a smocked top make it the perfect dress for fall - it would be so cute layered under a jacket. And this Hill House dress in a black lace is such a classic! For sweaters, a love the pale pink of this pullover, and I've heard such great things about Pistola. This cashmere v-neck is a splurge, but a great way to take advantage of the sale! I'm honestly super impressed by Madewell right now - when I was going through everything to pick my favorites, there were so many that I loved. Like this black and white mixed-print sweater, and this cashmere and wool blend polo-style one, too. I love the deep, bold colors of the print and the peplum hem on this dress. I love a poncho for accessibility ease, and this one is the perfect casual-cute option. This wine colored shirtdress with a little ruffle hem is a great piece for fall, and so on-trend with the color. I shared this sweater with bows on the front before, and I still love it, and I also think this casual polo sweater is a great transitional piece. Hill House's Fall Collection dropped yesterday, and it is goooood. I bought the Ellie in Equestrian Toile, because it as as close as I'll ever get personally to riding a horse, and it's so cute! I also cannot get over how gorgeous this brocade Ribbon Tie Ellie is - the metallic thread?? It's so stunning. I also think this tweed mini dress is so cute for fall, and so is this long sleeved dress with a smocked bodice. In non-Hill House dresses, I think this black embellished slip dress is the perfect combination of fun and chic. I love the green and navy stripes of this collared cardigan! This brown and cream polka-dotted dress reminds me of Pretty Woman in the best way! And finally, I love the pretty blue of these flats. Happy shopping!
