I can't believe that it's mid-August already! I'm seeing more and more fall clothes popping up, and while I'm not ready to fully embrace the new season yet, I'm slowly adding a few more transition pieces into my wishlists. Things like this cropped trench - I love the look of a trench, but they're usually way too long for me in my chair. But a cropped trench?! That would work for me! Of course, there are still lots of dresses catching my eye, too. This black shirtdress is a great classic, and perfect as the weather transitions. I love the smocked top and dropped waist of this dress! I'm really into jewel tones right now, too, like the teal of this loose tiered dress, and the gorgeous purple of this smocked waist one. And on the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm always on the hunt for the perfect t-shirt. For me, that's something that's a little bit cropped and a little bit boxy, and both this option from Madewell and this one from Shopbop are contenders! I think I'm going to pick up the one from Madewell and will report back. Happy shopping!

The first wishlist of August is here! I know a lot of places are starting to roll out their fall pieces, but I'm not quite ready to go all-out on fall clothes yet. I'm including a few sweaters in this week's wishlist, but the rest is still more summery pieces. I'll get there soon, I'm sure, but still holding on to summer, and summer clothes, while I can. Things like this poplin striped shirtdress, this beautiful merlot midi dress, and this puff sleeve dress in a rich floral print! I also love this white shirtdress with a super cute bow at the collar. Life has been pretty busy so far this week - nothing bad, just work picking up - so I haven't had as much time to browse as usual, and this week's wishlist is a little bit shorter. But Shopbop just added a bunch of items to their sale section - I especially love this floral midi dress, this black midi, and this blue tiered dress. I also love this polo style dress from Anthropologie that comes in fun, vibrant colors. This sweater t-shirt looks perfectly cozy. And because I'm me, I can't resist the sequins on this tee. This week's wishlist is a bit short, but has one huge highlight - The Lake Pajamas sale! Lake makes my absolute favorite, go-to pajamas. They are just so soft and hold up so well! They basically have two sales a year - their Black Friday sale, and their Summer Sale that's going on right now. I picked up this new-to-me tank top set - I love the smocked seam on the top. You also can't go wrong with their standard set, either in the shorts set or pants set. And this robe looks so cute and cozy - I love the scallops and the bright pops of color. In non-pajama things, I also love this dress - the blue print is just so pretty. I keep seeing vests that tie up the front everywhere, and I love the contrast trim on this one from Abercrombie. Finally, I can't stop thinking about these mesh flats from J.Crew - the removable ankle strap / chain is so cool. Happy shopping!

With me being away and then coming back and trying to get my Prime Day blog post ready, I haven't done a ton of browsing this week. But there are a few sales going on / a few things that caught my eye! Shopbop has 25% off a selection of items if you link your Prime account - I especially like this smocked palm print dress and this blue and white striped dress! I also have and love this flowy jersey dress - I love it so much that I have it in both colors! This super cute strawberry print dress from J.Crew is on sale, and if it was still available in my size, I'd definitely buy it. Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale is going on right now, and a few Dagne Dover items are included. I have and love this duffle, and this belt bag is so cute. Happy shopping!

I'm still very very much in summer sundress mode over here, so this week's wishlist is full of them! I have to start with the little July capsule collection that Hill House released yesterday - I think this collection has some of my favorite prints so far! I picked up the Matilda Mini in the Swedish Floral print, and the Ribbon Ellie in the linen Geometric Stripe. I'm so excited for both of them! I also love the sunny yellow of this gauzey dress, and this striped one is a very similar shape and also looks nice and lightweight! The black and brown print of this smocked maxi dress is so chic. And finally, I just love this print on Anthropologie's Somerset dress - it's so bright and fun. Happy shopping!
