Winter White

I love a good white look for the winter! I am not someone who follows the “no white after Labor Day” rule at all – I am fine with wearing white all year long. But there’s just something especially clean and crisp about wearing it in the winter.

I don’t actually have a lot of white sweaters, though, because of how quickly they get stained (the number of things that I have spilled coffee on is truly absurd). But I saw this sweater and just couldn’t resist. It’s the perfect winter white sweater, and I’ll just be extra-careful about my coffee whenever I’m wearing it. Totally worth the risk!

My style has changed a bit over the years, but I feel like it’s settled somewhere in the range of classic-relaxed-chic, and that’s what this sweater is to me. I love that it’s cable knit – it’s so classic, but it’s a little bit updated because it’s a “chunkier” cable-knit style. It’s great for wearing at home right now, but would also work equally perfectly with jeans or leggings or even a skirt and boots when I go back to my “normal” life.

It’s a nice stretchy knit, and it’s just the right amount of oversized without being loose and baggy. The little slits on the bottom at the sides make it more relaxed, which is perfect for me right now! It’s both warm and soft – it’s a blend of cotton and polyester, which means it’s machine-washable.

I’m wearing the petite version, but there’s a non-petite option, too. And if white isn’t your thing (or you’re worried about spills!), there’s also a great rich burgundy color and a neutral caramel. You can’t go wrong!

Bonus – the sweater is 40% off plus an extra 10% off through the end of today!
