Poncho Round-Up

Do you ever get a targeted ad on Instagram that makes you feel like the algorithm might know you better than you know yourself? Over the last few weeks, Instagram and Facebook have been showing me the same poncho from Loft that I have been working very hard to resist buying.

Ponchos seem perfect for my work-from-home life right now – they’re comfortable and easy to throw on, but look put-together enough that it’s completely Zoom-call appropriate. If this sounds as tempting to you as it does to me, check out some of my favorites that I’ve rounded up below.

Striped Turtleneck Poncho
This is the poncho that started it all! I love the loose turtleneck, the cream color, and the multicolor stripes.

Tan Mockneck Poncho
This poncho looks a little bit looser and flowier – I’m so into the mock turtleneck on it. I also really love the camel color – it just seems so simple but chic to me.

Grey Cashmere Poncho
If you’re looking to splurge a bit, you can’t go wrong with a cashmere poncho – it’s just as perfect for wearing out as it is for lounging around the house. I have one that I got years ago at an outlet store and I get so much use out of it!

Knit Beige Poncho
Not only does this one have some texturized stripes to add a fun detail, it also has pockets, which I know many of you will find a huge plus! (They’re less useful for me in my wheelchair, but I’m not opposed to them either!)

Asymmetric Poncho
This wool-and-cashmere poncho is also a bit of a splurge, but looks like it would be so soft and cozy. It also has an unexpected shape in it’s asymmetry, which makes it seem a little more sophisticated to me.

Fuzzy Striped Poncho
I really love anything and everything with a soft, fuzzy texture. The neutral colors in this poncho keep the fuzziness from making it look too casual or too childish.
