June seriously flew by, I can’t believe it’s already time to write this post. I’m trying to keep these realistic, which means that last month’s favorites are a mix of new things I bought, and old favorites that I brought back out again. Here’s what I loved from last month!
Violette_fr Lip Nectar
I really love the Violette_fr makeup products that I’ve tried, and this Lip Nectar is no exception. It’s kind of like a cross between a lip oil and a lip stain – it goes on like a gloss or oil, but then it sets down to a more matte, long-lasting stain. It’s not super bright or bold, but more subtle, in the best way. And it feels so good on! It’s not drying at all.
Hamptons Hotel Lobby Candle
This Hamptons candle is just the perfect summer scent, and I’m so happy it’s time to bring it back out again. It’s tomato-y, but like you’re walking past a stand of fresh grown tomatoes at a Farmer’s Market – an almost fresh and floraly take on tomato. I don’t actually like to eat tomatoes, but tomatoes in candle form?! Yes, please. As a bonus, this is 20% off right now!
Farmer’s Market Print Nap Dress
Clearly, I am big on Farmer’s Market vibes right now, because I picked up this Nap Dress in the farmer’s market print. I had a friend’s baby shower last month, and when she told me it was picnic themed, I knew that I had to get this! It was a hit and it’s honestly just so cute and whimsical.
Bridgerton Wristlet
I am not always huge on merch, but sometimes something catches my eye that I cannot resist… like this Lady Whistledown wristlet. I love the faux pearl wristlet part that will hang perfectly on my controller, and love that you can actually read a faux Lady Whistledown missive on the front. Such a fun little nod without being too over the top.
Motif Renew Resurfacing Peptide Toner
Motif sent me this resurfacing toner to try out, and I’m such a fan! I love things like peels, but sometimes struggle physically to apply and wash them off. But a mini peel in toner form – that doesn’t need to be washed off! – is way, way easier for me. I’ve been using this once a week at night, and my face always looks smoother and brighter the next morning.
Dream Pairs Velcro Sandals
I did say I wanted to keep this list real, so in the interest of full disclosure, these are kids sandals! I love velcro sandals because they’re SO much easier for me to wear, as I can’t put my own shoes on. These are cute, comfortable enough to wear all day, and just so effortless. I have them in three colors and they’re my go-to sandals.
