March’s favorites are a nice mix! They’re mostly new (to me, at least) things, and some really fun discoveries, but a tried and true old favorite, too. Here are the things I loved from March.
Nopalera Bosque Místico
A friend shared this fragrance trio from Nopalera with me, and I added to cart almost immediately. Now that I’ve had them for a few weeks and had a chance to try them all out, I can confidently say that Bosque Místico is my favorite. The mix of sweet scents like honeysuckle and deeper like cashmere woods is just perfect. I love finding a new to me fragrance brand, and love their work to honor their Mexican heritage. It’s more and more important to me to support diverse brands in my shopping whenever I can.
London Hotel Lobby Candle
My love of Hotel Lobby Candle is nothing new – I’ve shared them many, many times before. But their new London scent is such a standout that I had to include it! The mix of Earl Grey and lavender is not something that I ever would have expected to work, but it works so perfectly, and I always love anything with notes of tonka bean. In my opinion, it’s probably their most universal scent. It’s hard to think of how anyone would dislike this one! It really does make me want to invite all my friends over for some afternoon tea.
Colourpop New Moon Shadow Stick
This one is a little bit funny to me… while I enjoy the Twilight universe as much as anyone else my age, I definitely never thought I’d be buying Twilight merch. But my sister found these shadow sticks from Colourpop, and once I saw them on her, I had to have them for myself, too. They’re so cool – incredibly iridescent, to the point where it actually looks like you’ve meticulously blended multiple metallic colors on your eyes when actually, you’ve just swiped the shadow stick across your lid. It’s seriously the most low effort but high impact shadow stick I’ve ever seen!
Earlybird CBD Gummies
These are the tried-and-true favorites from this month’s list! With the time change last month, I really needed every little bit of help that I could to try to get to sleep on a more normal sleep schedule. Earlybird gummies to the rescue! I might have still felt “off,” schedule-wise, but at least I wasn’t up with insomnia. I genuinely could not love these gummies more.
Dr. Idriss Lip Peel
I know I have a whole recent post about the Dr. Idriss Lip Peel, but it really is one of my March favorites. I can’t get over what it’s done for my lips – they’ve never been softer and smoother, and it’s so easy to apply and wear. (You can read my full review here if you missed it.) I think it’s a much gentler but just as effective (if not more so!) version of a typical lip scrub.
Fishwife Sardine Necklace
Honestly, this is just so much fun and brings me joy whenever I look at it. I love sardines (and all tinned fish) so much, and Fishwife is my favorite brand. So when I saw that they did a jewelry collaboration!? I had to have it. It’s very subtle – you wouldn’t know that it’s a tin of sardines unless you look veeeeery closely, but that’s what makes it so much fun!
