I have felt so sluggish and exhausted this week – I don’t really have a good explanation for why, but I’ve been doing my best to try to not revenge bedtime procrastinate and actually go to sleep on time. I’m definitely more of a night owl than an early bird, so it’s something that I constantly have to work on. Luckily, our Easter plans are very low key this year – just me, my parents, and my sister – so it shouldn’t be too hectic of a weekend. I know that my energy always comes back with the sun and warmer weather, so I’m hoping that spring comes back soon, for good this time!

RFK Jr. Keeps Spewing Lies About Autism

I hate starting off on such a horrible note, but I don’t want this to go unsaid. Being autistic is not bad, there’s nothing wrong with being autistic, and autism doesn’t need to be cured, despite what RFK Jr. said this week, as mentioned in this article.. If you’re autistic, your life absolutely has value – whether or not you can work, or use the bathroom independently (which doesn’t even apply to everyone with autism!). It’s really frustrating and upsetting to see someone holding such a high public office saying things that are so ableist, so it’s important to me to speak out against him.

Sardine Bag

I really am all in on the tinned fish hype right now. My most recent order from Fishwife came in earlier this week, I love my sardine necklace, and now I found this super cute sardine bag! I love the nylon strap, too – it adds to the whole nautical vibe. I’m not sure that I’m going to be able to resist buying this one for myself!

This is a tragic, wild ride of a read about a cult focused on AI and veganism, and it’s incredibly detailed and well-researched. With so much AI in the news right now, it feels incredibly topical, too.

DÔEN at Nordstrom

I’ve been eying DÔEN’s dresses for a while, after everyone I know online has been raving about them, but haven’t made a purchase yet. Now that DÔEN is at Nordstrom, though, that’s feeling more and more likely! I especially love this blue floral dress – it’s so nice for spring!
