I'm sharing my first gift guide today! I know some of you (many of you?) may have already started shopping, but hopefully you haven't completely finished your shopping yet! I like to start out by highlighting small businesses, especially knowing that many of them need more time for processing and shipping. I thought I'd get even more specific, and start by sharing gifts from some Pittsburgh-based small businesses in this gift guide.
Though I have many years of practice, I still struggle with finding a gift for my Dad for Father's Day. I just never know what to get! In case you're…
It is somehow already mid April, which means that Mother's Day is coming up in just a few weeks! I am typically a last minute gift kind of person, but am trying to be better about it. So if you're hoping to finish your shopping early too, I'm sharing some inspiration for Mother's Day gifts.
I'm not typically a Valentine's Day person, really, but just like I said last year around this time, I could really use something fun to look forward to and celebrate right about now. So you can think of these as Valentine's or Galentine's gifts... for friends, or even just for yourself. It can be a bright spot in the middle of what is often a long, cold month!
Somehow, we've already reached the end of my gift guides for this year - I'm really not sure how it's already mid-December. I thought it'd be good to end with some stocking stuffers. These would also work as smaller hostess gifts or even Secret Santa/White Elephant gifts for a gift exchange.
I always love putting this gift guide together, because I get to round up both the things that I have and love, and the things that I wish I had! I'm not quite done with my shopping yet, but I am getting there. If you still have a few gifts left to buy too, here are my favorite gifts for the women in your life.
Okay, so I want to start this off by saying that this is a dream Christmas wishlist, and not in any way a realistic one. But sometimes it's fun to dream a little bit, right? Here's what I'd love to get for Christmas if money was no object.
Holiday shopping (and gift guide) season seem to be in full swing now. I am personally (way) behind in my own shopping, but I think I'll be keeping things pretty laid-back on the gift-giving front this year. This week, I'm sharing some gifts that would be great for the home, or for a homebody - but they'd also work well as hostess gifts, too!
I'm back with another gift guide - this week, focusing on all small businesses, not just Pittsburgh-based ones! I'm trying to share these early, because I know that small businesses will be the ones most affected by all of the shipping and supply delays. So I pulled together some great gifts from a variety of small businesses (some smaller than others).
I know that it's still early November, which feels early (to me) for a gift guide, but there's been lots of talk about shipping delays and the need to shop early. So I thought that I'd kick things off with a gift guide of small, Pittsburgh-based businesses. These are the businesses that will most appreciate you shopping early! While these businesses are all Pittsburgh-based, some of the gifts are Pittsburgh-themed while the rest are more generally gift-able.
